6 X 440 from City Park(Yasso workout style)
Warm up around the golf course heading down Dalrymple first.
Begin workout at the typical Lakeshore start. There will be a cone. “Yasso style” means doing this workout the way we do Yasso 880s.
Run a quarter pick up. Jog backward about half way(220-ish). Turn around and jog back to where you just finished that quarter. Start there to run another fast quarter.
Run total of 6 x 1/4 with 1/4 recovery(220 out and back).
*The last one turns on May St. and finishes on the bike path at May St. Park. So be careful at the busy area by the bridge!
Cool down heading back up Dalrymple to City Park.
