3, 6.5,10 or 14 District Donut Run
This is just a steady, endurance run. In the next few Saturdays we will be focusing on combining the distance with the quality
3 Miles – follow the other routes out to loop Goodwood Park and back.
14 Miles – I am going to try to get the marathoners started early so y’all can join the larger group for the company. So you need to get started about 6:45 from District Donuts to get in 4 miles. We are going to venture over to the dreaded backside of the marathon course this morning.
