Fat Boy Hill Preps and New Balance Demo Run

Come early to try out some of the newest New Balance models. You can try them before the run or for part of the workout itself.
We’ll do one more Fat Boy 5K prep workout and then take it easy later in the week. We have done this workout before but it’s been awhile.
Warm up the first 3/4 of the Fat Boy 5K course until you get to the start of the hills.
3 x hilly 1/4 trying to hit exact goal race pace. For instance, if you want to average 8 minute miles – run your 1/4s in 2:00 minutes.
Run a hilly quarter/rest 30 seconds/turn around and go back. Rest. Go back.
Run the middle mile around the circle easy/steady.
Back to the hills for the same 3 x 1/4.
Cool down a mile if you want.
