First Day of Spring 5K Training

This is the first day of Spring training for some of you and continuing on for many of you.
Fat Boy 5K New Trainees – you have 2 choices depending on where you are in your training.
BRAND NEW OR STARTING OVER – you will meet with Jenni after the others take off. We will use the loop around the oak trees to run/walk. You can do anything from 1/2 mile to 1 Mile. Jenni will explain things tomorrow.
2 MILES FOR 5K TRAINEES WITH SOME EXPERIENCE – you will walk/run with Jane to the Butler’s water stop in Pollard Estates and back.
5 MILES – since many of you returning runners either ran Amazing Half or Zydeco Half/Full this is an easy week rolling into Shamrock 5K, We’ll resume 5K workouts for Fat Boy 5K next week. This is our regular CAPP Trail/Olympia Park 5 Mile.
