Hillsdale Hill Workout/Easy Run for 5K group from Schlittz and Giggles
This is the last Thursday of 5K training. It has been a great group that has stuck with it. Thanks, Coaches Karen, Lisa, Linda and Tarra. It should be an exciting morning on Saturday.

Hillsdale Ladder Workout –
2 Mile easy warm up – https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/fullscreen/2308287502/
Start each interval at the cone at the Cottonwood Triangle going up hill on Cottonwood.Finish the loop for recovery on each.
Cool down long by doing the same as warm up. Shorter cool down would be straight back to Schlittz or taking Fiero.
