Hillsdale Ladder Workout
Many of you are registered for Fat Boy on April 9th. So this week we are going to work hills.
Everyone warm-up down the Dalrymple Side of City Park – under the golf course to the Cottonwood triangle.
3 Mlles – warm-up with everyone. Do one loop of Hillsdale picking up the pace trying to run a good, hard half mile. Cones will mark the start and stop. Walk/jog easy the way you cam.
5 Miles – warm-up to start. Ladder of 880/660/440/220 finishing the big loop after each. That means there will be a short recovery after the 880. Warm-down the way you came.
Cones will mark the intervals.
