Lake Erie 220’s start the last cycle of Louisiana Half/Full Marathon training
The last 6 week cycle of training is quicker, harder workouts. You all should be starting the feel fitter and stronger if you have been consistent with your training. we’ll start today with shorter faster intervals and increase the length as we go through the week.
Longer warm-up down Dalrymple across May Street to Lake Erie(about 1 1/4) .
8 x 220 Cutdown meaning each 220 needs to be faster than the one before it.
Short warm-down is straight back or longer is Dalrymple(the way you came).
