Time for a good old Lake Erie Ladder workout. Take it easy in this heat.
Warm-up down Ferndale to the Lakes.
Ladder of 110/220/330/440/440/330/220/110. Finish the lake for recovery after each. Note there is a very short recovery between the 440’s.
Fiero is short warm-down and Ferndale is longer.
