Many of us are running Amazing Half Marathon this weekend – so let’s just do some 220 striders. If you are not racing, feel free to use the 220s as speedwork.
Warm up out the boulevard to the light. Carefully cross and turn on LaSalle to Goodwood Park. There and back is about 3 Miles.
Run 4 laps of the park with 220 pickup followed by 220 easy. Cones will be out to mark starts and stops.
