Long Ladder at Goodwood Park from Whole Foods
Warm-up down the boulevard and cross at the light. Take Lasalle to Goodwood Park – 1 1/2 miles.
You can make this workout as long or short as you want. The full workout is for half and full marathoners.
1 Mile at faster that goal half marathon pace – 2 loops around to cone marking the mile. 1/2 mile or one loop recovery.
1/2 mile pick-up – 1/2 mile recovery
1/4 mile pick-up – 1/4 mile(finish the loop recovery
220- finish the loop recovery.
Total workout is between 6 and 7 miles.
