Muscle Monday at Goodwood Park from JED’s Local PoBoys

Either warm-up straight over to Goodwood Park start to get the main parts of Muscle Monday in. Or longer, easy warmup for the miles.
Run 3-5 x 1/2 at a moderate pickup(it’s hot!) and do the designated strength/core work in between each. Total of 6-10 core exercises. You don’t need a towel – we won’t do anything on the ground.
Straight back or cool down around Goodwood.
