Muscle Monday Shady Run, Workout and Oofos Recovery Sandal Demo
We have only 3 more Muscle Monday workouts before Fall Training starts. So let’s make the most of them.
Come early to the circle with the oak trees to try out the Oofos sandal, They are great for foot issues and general comfort after a run. If you demo a pair you will get 20% if you want to buy one.
Run – this the shady route we did in July. But be careful crossing Lee and Stanford. It’s only 4 miles so we have time for demo and Muscle Monday work so come early if you want more.
