Last hard-ish workout before Shamrock 5K. We’ll do sharpening 220s on Thursday.
Warmup to the half mile loop that we will do the workout on.
Workout – 2 x 880 with 2 minute recovery after each.
3 x 440. Finish the loop for recovery.
Get a playing card from our Hosts/Dealers after each loop. If you are doing a shorter workout – ask the Dealer to deal you 2 cards after each loop. Everyone should have a TOTAL OF 5 CARDS.
Cool down back to Susan’s to turn in your Poker Hand. Short cool down is straight back. Or pick up some miles in Riverbend.
