Light workout at Lake Erie.
1 /1/4 Mile Warm up down Dalrymple, take a left at the bottom of the golf course and follow the lake to Lake Erie.
3 x 1/4 at moderate pace with a full lake loop recovery after each one.
3 x 220 finishing the lake for recovery.
