Sharpening 220’s at Lake Erie
I would have scheduled a bar/restaurant Thursday run – especially in the first week of Daylilght Savings Time – but the forecast is 80% chance of thunderstorms. So we’ll save it.
Eveyone probably anticipates my favorite pre-race workout by now.
Warm up to Lake Erie.
4 x 220 cut down. Finish the lake for recovery. Jog a lake loop. Duplicate the first 4 x 220 set.
Cool down back to the Pavillion.
