It is going to be exceptionally cold on Wednesday morning. So don’t try to go too fast because it’s hard for your muscles to warm up. So we are just doing an easy steady run.
It tried to think of the sunniest loop and came up with a plain ole University Lake loop.
BUT…I decided to make a lunch break option for some of you that have flexibility and don’t want to fast the 20’s. Meet at VS. Jane and I will be at the nooner.
