Sunrise Workout from Magpie and Birthday Parking Lot Party
The Parking Lot Party hostesses have another breakfast planned for January birthdays and Chris’ BQ Marathon.
And to celebrate getting back to more interval oriented Magpie runs for Spring. Oh …the joy.
As a reminder – those of you doing Thursday workouts don’t need to do the Magpie mornings super hard.
The map is the warm up and runs to both of the interval locations of Lake Erie and Cottonwood triangle.
When you get to Lake Erie – 3 x 220 pick up. Not too fast. Not too slow.
Run over to Hillsdale and start at the triangle going uphill on Cottonwood.
3 x 220 with the recovery taking the turn back at Ebony(meaning not all the way around to Hillsdale).
