Sunrise Workout from the Magpie Cafe
5 Miles with 2 x 1 Mile pick-up.
Warm-up on the sidewalk on Perkins to the old Turkey Trot start at the top of the Tennis Courts. The start and miles will be marked with duct tape.
Run the first mile of the T Trot as a pick-up – it doesn’t have to be super fast – just a pick-up. It finishes by the boat launch.
Easy mile across May St. around Lake Erie.
Run another mile as a pick-up This 2nd pick-up mile is just outside Lake Erie and finishes up the hill at City Park.
Warm-down back to Magpie. The shortest way back is through Hillsdale.
