We are starting our last cycle of La. Half/Full training. So even though we have Wednesday “workouts” don’t run them too hard if you are running hard on Monday and Thursday, as well.

Hillsdale down the ladder and down hill. This is the one that starts at different marks fun always finishes at the bottom of the hill at the Cottonwood triangle. Finish the loop for recovery after each.
