Sunrise Workout at Magpie Cafe
One of my favorite sharpening workouts:
Jog down Ferndale to Lake Erie start. 4 x 220 cutdown. Jog a lap. Duplicate the first set of 4 x 220 cutdown.
Short cool down is Fiero. Longer is Ferndale.
