We can do a short, shakeout workout at Goodwood Park and then join Mid City for extra miles. They start at 6:15 p.m.
Warm up an easy mile down Esplanade half mile and back.
220 pick up/220 easy/220 pick up/220 easy all the way around Goodwood Park. Repeat 2-4 times. Each loop is 1/2 Mile.
Back to Peak to run anywhere from 1-5 miles with Mid City Run Club.
