3 mile 220 ON / 220 OFF
Beginners >> .5 – 1mile warm up
Intermediate / Experienced >> 2 mile warm up
220 pick-up followed by 220 easy for 3 Miles.
The goal is to run the entire 3 miles at a solid pace while getting your heart rate up and letting it drop back down. So time your 3 miles.
Beginners just run the 1st mile with the 220s.
