Meet at Parish Yoga. We’ll walk over to BRHS to do a short stretch and warm-up before the run.

SHORT RUN – warm-up a mile to the BR Beach Hills – 2 x 1/4 mile hills with 30 seconds rest after the 1st one. Warm-down back and stretch out inside Parish Yoga.
