Whether you warm up from Claire and Jason’s house or park closer….make sure and stop by after the run for coffee and breakfast snacks.

V-Challengers need to drop a mat or towel at Lake Erie.

I will bring stick figure exercise sheets and music!

Warm up from Claire’s is 2 easy Miles.

Options will be:

10 x 440 with 1 minute rest.

OR

Killer Core with 10 x 440/1 minute exercise/1 minute rest
