2018 Fall Training Guide
Hello, 2018 Trainees!
Here is a great resource with plenty of information as you begin your half marathon or full marathon training journey!
Make sure to read it through, print it out and keep it close as you will want to reference it as the weeks and miles go by!
Remember: your weekly workouts / locations will be posted to our Varsity Sports online calendar (purple is Baton Rouge) on Sundays for the following week. Plus, your Saturday (longer runs) are also in your handy training guide so you have an idea of the progression of our schedule!
