3 or 5 Miles from BREC Amherst Park with 8 x Minute/Minute
We should be able to spread out fairly easily at the park and on the run. But if you want to meet at different times with smaller groups – here is the work:
Warm up a mile. Do 8 Minute/Minutes meaning a minute picking up the pace followed by a minute easy. Once again – we are starting week One so there is no reason to press – just pick up the pace.
