4 or 5 Easy, Recovery Miles from Amherst Park
We have all worked long and hard through the hilly Wilderness 10 Mile which is really our last truly hard run. Take today and just have an easy 4 or 5 mile run. The next few runs will just be mostly to sharpen/taper or work on race pace.
