4 or 8 Miles with BR Beach Half Marathon Hills
I am trying to get back on track after rearranging some things with Hurricanes and all.
This strength/hill run is short in distance but long on intensity. We have done this workout every year for awhile.
4 Miles – one loop with 2 miles hard in the hills.
8 Miles – two loops with 2 Miles hard on each loop.
This is the 4 Mile loop. Notice it jumps over to Camelia to get the big starting group off Park Blvd.
This is where the 2 Mile Hilly segment is. It is Miles 8-10 in the original BR Beach Half Marathon course.
We will be running that 13.1 Mile course on December 5th as a faster strength/tempo run so this will be a good rehearsal.
