4/8 Miles from French Truck Coffee
Let’s try to ease into a little bit of a moderate workout. No big time goals. It’s still very hot and we are in maintenance mode. But I want us to start rolling into a little more workout shape for Fall Training.
4 Mile – run the first mile easy. Then run Mile 2 a little faster than the warm up mile. Then run Mile 3 faster than Mile 2. Water at Kleinert and Parker again. Jog easy back.
8 Mile – run the first 4 miles easy/steady. Run 4-5 a little faster than you were running in the first 4 miles. Run 5-6 a little faster than you did 4-5. Water at the oak tree at City Park. Easy run in.
