4, 8 or 10 Miles with 2 x 2 Miles through BR Beach Hills
This strength/hill run is short in distance but long on intensity. We have did this workout in late October as part of our build up.
4 Miles – one loop with 2 miles hard in the hills.
8 Miles – two loops with 2 Miles hard on each loop.
This is the 4 Mile loop. Notice it jumps over to Camelia to get the big starting group off Park Blvd.
This is where the 2 Mile Hilly segment is. It is Miles 8-10 in the original BR Beach Half Marathon course.
MARATHONERS – 10 Mile– as has been the case most of the season – come early and run 2 miles.
Don’t worry about dropping down in miles. Most of you had excellent 20 milers. We need QUALITY AND STRENGTH not quantity this weekend.
We need to keep you refreshed and motivated ..especially with the delay in marathon date.
