Brew Ha Ha Coffee Run – steady 5 or 8 Miler
Those of you following along on the Saturday schedule that I gave you will notice we rearranged this Saturday for an easy, steady run. In years past, many of the group were preparing for either Northshore Half or Jazz Half at the end of October so we needed this long run on this day. But we will go with shorter easier this Saturday and jump back up to 5,10 or 12 Miles with Cutdown next weekend.
Everyone has worked hard the last 2 Saturdays so a nice break in cool weather will be welcomed.
5 Miles steady – study the map. The 5 and 8 Mile start together but the 5 goes straight on Steele as it crosses Hundred Oaks. A good water drop would be at Steele and Ramsey at the 3 Mile mark.
8 Miles steady – study the map. It’s a new route on all familiar loops. Good place for the water drop would be under a tree at Perkins and E. Lakeshore about 4 1/2 Miles.
