City Roots is that super cool coffee shop in Electric Depot we met at in the early fall on a Thursday night. They are excited about having us back so please stop in after the run.

Marathoners will do a steady 12 with the last 20 miler coming next weekend. It is seeming to work out well for y’all do come early and get an easy 4 miles in then pick up running with the 8 Mile group.
