Cut Down Quarters on the Fat Boy/Highland School Course
We are going to continue easing into some light workouts. This one is very familiar to most of you. Since no one is really in top interval shape just adjust your fitness to the workout.
Bring your own water to leave at the circle since we can’t really use a common cooler for a while.
Warm up down Sunset Blvd. around the playground on Leeward and back to Fat Boy start.
Run 6 x 1/4 as a cut down with easy quarter between each. Cones will be out.
Straight back to school or cool down a mile.
