Cutdown Half Miles in Hundred Oaks
Per request by some of the V Challengers(Donny B) to have a workout near Iron Tribe so they could make the Monday Night V Class.
This workout is an extension of what we have been doing in our build-up. We did 6 x 1/4 with 1/4 Rest. We did 6 x 1/4 cutdown in the hills. No we are moving on to a few half miles.
Warm up Hundred Oaks, right on Parker, right on Broussard, CAREFUL crossing Acadian, right on Steele to cone at Hundred Oaks start.
Run the Hundred Oaks/Bishop’s Run 3 Mile course.
Starting with the first one…run 880/Half Mile pickup with 880 recovery. SO that’s 3 x 880/Half with each half being faster than the one before it.
**Be cautious at where Richland crosses Chatfield because cross traffic doesn’t have a stop sign. I’ll put a blinky light out.
Cones will mark the Half Miles.
Cool down straight back or the way you warmed up.
