District Donut Run
This is a 8.5 mile route but it can be easily modified to shorten the distance.
*some of you are having trouble seeing mile marks on MapMyRun with its recent update. Bob Jacobsen found that if you log in you can see everything. It may mean creating an account for some of you.
The workout is pick up miles from 2-3, 5-6 and 7-8 miles. Just try to start getting a feel for what is close to a 10K goal pace for these pick ups.
