Downtown 2.5 or 5 Miles from Town Square
After a fairly hard week and strength long run over the weekend…you can make this is hard/easy as your body feels like.
2.5 Mile – one loop around downtown
5 Miles – 2 looper. Run first mile easy/steady. Time it. Maybe grab some water, etc. for a minute or so. Run the 2nd loop faster than the first one.
**Bring your own water/electrolytes to leave at Town Square for between runs or after.
It would be a nice night for a quick beer outside at Jolie Pearl.
