Downtown Overpass Workout
North Blvd in downtown BR
This workout is to both get you in the groove of hills for Wilderness on Saturday and to start to desensitize you to dreading the Overpass in Louisiana Quarter/Half/Full Marathons.
If you are running Wilderness – don’t try to run Overpasses really hard. Just work them using good form, breathing and mental approach.

3 x Overpass( 1 over then back; 2 over then back: 3 over then back – for a total of 6 trips over)
Straight back down North Blvd to Town Square.
Although the weather forecast is “iffy” Jolie Pearl would love to have everyone drop in for a beer.
