Downtown Running Core from Town Square
We need something different and fun!
We haven’t done a running core in a while. We used to do them in the summer because we were not doing formal buildup training. And we all could use some strength training!!
A run with stops and starts is a little easier allowing your body to cool off at the stops a little.
We’ll provide a new workout sheet.
The one park that I have weights and kettle bells at I will have alcohol spray. Otherwise it will be more spread out and using little contact to surfaces.
The bad news for my planning but good news for you stair-haters- we will avoid Main Street Market stairs because of the lack of air circulation in there and all this crazy virus stuff.
