Warm up LaSalle to Audubon to Esplanade for a little longer warm up.
Short warmup is straight down Seven Oaks.
Reminder that we are just gradually trying to improve our fitness since it’s been awhile since of a lot of us have done interval workouts. So run the quarters reasonable…not too fast.
