Jay Ducote has invited us to his new Government Taco location. Many of us remember Government Tacos from our White Star Market runs.
Half mile repeats are a combination of strength and faster pace to get your heart rate up. Do them at what you would estimate your 10K pace to be.

2-4 x 880 with 880 recovery.
You should be at about 5.5 if you do all 4 and the recoveries to just easy jog back for tacos and beer.
