Hills and Hundred Week Workout 2
If you were at the workout Monday – the Hills and Hundreds would make sense.

The “Hills” are the hill workouts that we are going to be easing into this week.
Warm up down Ferndale to the lakes. Right and follow the Lakes to Cottonwood Triangle in Hillsdale. It’s a longer 2 mile warm up.
Hillsdale Ladder going up Cottonwood first. Finish the big loop each time to recover – 880/660/440/220. We are just easing back into hill work and no one really has a race goal – so work the hills but you don’t need to be super speedy.
I’ll have marks at interval stops.
Straight back through Hillsdale by Bet R for cool down. Or hit the lakes again for more miles.
