Hills and Hundreds Week
Hills and Hundreds Week has a good ring to it…but what the heck does it mean?
For our Front Porch Project donation – we committed to support the various bars and restaurants that have been such great partners with us over the years.
So the “Hundreds” is the $100 bar tab that will be waiting for you after the run.
The “Hills” are the hill workouts that we are going to be easing into this week.
Longer 2 Mile easy warm up to the Steele start. Be careful crossing Acadian. – https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/3195973801
4 x 220 uphill with jogging back down the other side for recovery.
Easy run over to Hundred Oaks Bishop’s Run start cone. Run a moderately hard Half Mile on Chatfield to cone. Be careful at the Richland cross street.
Cool down back to Radio Bar straight back. You can stop by the truck for water on the way back, too.
**It is going to be a HOT week. My truck will be parked on Steele if you want to drop some water by to put on the tailgate.
