Hilly Quarter Workout from Radio Bar

Time to take on some hills for strength and endurance.
NOTE: we will go out the back gate and cut through CHS parking lot to Kenmore
2.5 Mile – run over to the cone on Parker at Zeeland. Run the hill to the other cone picking up the pace. Rest 30 seconds. Turn around and come back with another pickup. Easy run back to Westmoreland/Radio Bar
4 Miles- follow same map as 5 Miles. When you get to the cone at Parker and Zeeland run1/4 pickup with 30 second recovery/rest. Turn around and do a pick up back. Follow map to cone Steele hill start at Hundred Oaks. Run that 1/4 as a pickup. Easy run back to Westmoreland/Radio Bar.
5 plus Miles – Warm up to cone at Parker and Zeeland. Run 3 x 1/4 pickup with 30 second recovery. Follow map to cone at Steele hill start at Hundred Oaks. Run 3 x 1/4 as a pickup. Easy run back to Westmoreland/Radio Bar.
