Warm up Dalrymple to Lake Erie start.
We will do our usual “get back into the groove” Cut Down 220 sets.
4 x 220 cut down…each faster that the one before it. Finish Lake Erie to recover.
Jog a lap. Leave water at my truck for the break.
Duplicate the first set.
