Lake Erie Ladder from Juliet’s(and that can only mean her special crafted beer is waiting as a reward)
Warm up down Dalrymple all the way to May street then over to Lake Erie. This is about 1 1/2 warmup.
We can continue to moderate the speed of our intervals – 110/220/440 – jog a lap – 440/220/110. Note that we took out the 330 for this workout. A little more easy running and a little less intervals.
Cool down back on the other side of the Lake heading toward Fiero. Under the golf course and up Dalrymple and back to Juliet’s.
