Lake Erie Ladder Workout from City Park

A “Ladder Workout” may be new terminology for some of you. Simply put…the length of the harder/faster intervals increase as you “go up the Ladder” So, of course, the length gets shorter as you go down.

2 1/2  Miles easy run to Lake Erie. Run a  short ladder of 110/220 finishing the Lake Erie Loop for recovery after each. **or shorten to 2 Miles by running to Lake Erie and back.

3 1/4 -easy run to Lake Erie. Run “up the ladder”  of 110/220/330/440 finishing the Lake Erie Loop for recovery after each. Cool down back to City Park.

5 Miles -easy run to Lake Erie. Ladder workout of 110/220/330/440 finishing the Lake Erie Loop for recovery after each. Jog a lap/water break. Back down the ladder 440/330/220/110. Cool down back to City Park.

My truck will be there for water.
