Lake Erie Workout from City Slice LSU
We are going to keep doing at least one moderate interval workout a week in July and mid-August. Then we will start rolling into preps for Fall Training.
Fall Training will officially begin on the Thursday after Labor day – September 9th. We will have Beginner 5K as well as our regular Half/Full Training schedules,
Warm up to Lake Erie.
We’ll do a little Mix-up/Mash-up workout.
1 x 1/4 with short recovery just across the bridge to the start.
4 x 220 cutdown. Finish the lake for recovery.
1 x 1/4 trying to open it up and run 2-3 seconds faster than you first one.
Cool down back to City Slice.
Bring you towel and a dry shirt to go enjoy a pizza and beer after!
