It is really going to be HOT today. Heat Advisory out. We will have water out at the workout.

As is the case this summer, moderate the intervals we do. I am adding them for variety and fitness. And sometimes it’s easier to do start and stop workouts in the temps.

Warm up down Hollydale then Ferndale to Lake Erie.

3 x 220 finishing the loop for recovery.

Easy run over to the Cottonwood triangle.

3 x 220 uphill turning on Ebony for recovery.

Straight back to Gail’s for delicious ice cream. Ask you family to join you after so we can support our community partners. Or bring some ice cream home to them!
