Longer Ladder in Webb Park from Ingleside Methodist/Curbside
Though this is not a super tough workout, it is challenging because you start with a shorter interval – 1/4 mile and end with a long one – 1 Mile.
Warm up down Glenmore, left on Woodside, left on Country Club to end of bike path. Jenni’s truck will be parked there.
Run a quick 1/4. Recover by taking first left on Avondale back to the bike path to the start at Jenni’s truck.
Run a quick 1/2. Recover all the way around Abelia to the bike path and back. *Be careful of Avondale cross street traffic
Run a quick MIle. That is the whole loop and ends right where the bike path ends. *Be careful of Avondale cross street traffic.
Cool down back to Ingleside church and consider grabbing a burger at Curbside.
