For those training for Louisiana Half and Full Marathons we need to continue to incorporate pace work for both judgement and fitness. A long run with intervals gets you accustomed to race pace or below for race day.
**Marathoners – use a goal HALF MARATHON pace for this workout.
3 Miles – follow the group out to the levee. Run 1 1/2 miles out and back.
8 Miles with 2 x 1 Mile Goal Half Marathon Pace Pickup – we will run the typical Main Street Market route with pickups from 3-4 and 6-7 which lands after the 2 water stops.
